This guide was perfect for planning a quick trip to London and plotting out the places to visit on the map. But it would be better to have more information for each site/monument.

Excellent app. Easy to use and helped us plan our first trip to London.

Very useful app. First time in London. Everything was easier with this app. Good London map with locations, you can download the Tube map. If it is you first trip to London, dont hesitate get it!

Used this in combination with the tube map app. Since they were servicing some of the lines it was very useful in providing optional stations.

It should be iCloud enabled or have an export-import function (via email for example) so that we could exchange something modified/prepared from the iPad to the iPhone and vice-versa. Merci!

Installed before trip to London. Positive: used several times to understand where am I. Negatives: App have no search related to all info, just by categories. didnt have location option (i have iphone3g) every time was just a screen with point without map. have no option do a route from current location to desirable. Thanks.

Love this app... Especially being able to make a favorite list and see it on a map. Would love more interactive transit directions from POI to POI. I will buy for other cities as I travel!

No problems - great guide and cheap given its functionality. Not having to have Internet to use it is key.

I like this app a lot so far. Ive been able to mark many things I plan to visit on my upcoming trip to London. My one problem so far is that it appears you cannot at custom points of interest you the personalized section. For example, the Chancery St Silver Vaults are not in the guide and Id like to be able to add them to my places to visit. If there is a way to to this, Ive been completely unable to find it. . . . Now using in London. Great except gps only works when on wifi. Good for not looking like a total tourist!!

Just back from a week in london and this app was a lifesaver! Planned all the sights we wanted to see and used the custom map in the My Guide feature. Made planning each day a dream. It was also so much easier than stumbling around with a guide book looking like a tourist. This is a super tool and a super value.

Used this guide almost exclusively for 5 days in London. Excellent!! Even showed 2 drivers of the black cabs where Knights Temple is located and they were impressed.

I recently used this program during a two week holiday in London and it was an invaluable life saver on a daily basis. 1. Integrated tube map is key. It was so handy to have that on my iPod and being able to reference it at will, and discreetly, rather than being the typical tourist and wrestling with a giant paper map. Well done! 2. The no-Internet-required street map is absolutely brilliant! Im sure this is the feature that most contributes to the large file size but was it ever useful. Great for trying to find your way around. The map also has overlays for everything imaginable from tube stations to restaurants to nightclubs. Only gripe is whenever tube stops are chosen the map zooms out and the use is forced to zoom back in to location. Please change. 3. Guides are available for download (free) that include everything happening in the city from theatre to tours and everything in between. Great for trying to find something to do. 4. App includes key points of interest and is great for finding those great sights after seeing Big Ben and Tower Bridge. Theres more but those are my top four favourite features. Yeah, it costs a couple bucks but it is beyond worth it. This is the only does everything app youll need for a holiday in London.

I still like a familiar guidebook in the purse for ease of use and frequent on the go reference, so I didnt use this all the time on a recent trip. Taking out the iPad is just too tedious. In the evening at the hotel planning the next days activities though, it was very helpful and comprehensive.

Planning my trip now and am finding this ap incredibly helpful.

This app is incredibly useful and easy to use- vert worth the money. Love that it has hours of operation and travel directions and that you can even set an itinerary. Its also great that its offline and has maps of the city and tube. We were able to look up info while on the tube. If a couple things are updated it would be 5 stars. It would be great if I could remove things from my itinerary and put them back on my"want to see" list without a date. Also would like to be able to add events to my itinerary. Bus tours should be included in searchable attractions. City bus lines/maps would be useful. Plus some events listed were not accurate despite updating before we left home. Overall a great app and travel guide.

Super nice how this guide is designed.... Concise, clear, and easy to navigate.....plus a map for offline use .....this will be our guide for the trip:))

I used this app constantly last week while in London. I had downloaded a few but found this to be the most useful. Make sure you download the full content including the maps. Most helpful was the city map and whats great is that the GPS works even when you are not connected to wifi or data. The information about tube stops near sites is helpful and even though the info about tourist sites is limited to wiki info, its still helpful. Rather than carrying a book or a map, carry your iphone and look less like a tourist.

Havent used the program in London yet, but finding it very useful in planning what we will try to do when we get there. Giving me a feel for what is in the area if any given site do I can optimize our time in London

We are leaving tomorrow for our London trip and will see how this is working. I wish it had better database of locations. I love that the app works offline just remember to download the maps while you are in wifi connection. I also wish it could help you sequence locations to plan your day better.
